As a board member I helped provide strategic and technological guidance. I also, in the role of CTO, helped to develop an innovative Omni-Channel Marketing Software Solution that can help organizations retain, and winback their customers, all from a napkin diagram. With this software, organizations can deliver marketing communications (SMS, Email, etc.) via more providers, in a more scalable and customizable method. This has helped several organizations increase their customer retention and spend by over 20%. I was responsible for managing the product team and technology team while also bringing my previous start-up experience to help bring scalable processes across the operations and technology teams.
In this role I have helped to launch and manage Float into the Clouds, an independent business process and system consultancy. We have helped a hundred plus organizations improve their use of people, process and technology. This has been accomplished via providing mentoring services and Salesforce consulting services.
I oversaw the Technology department for a leading Canadian RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) company that delivers recruitment/recruiting services for leading Canadian retailers across Canada. Presently the systems and processes we have built have handled over a hundred thousand jobs and millions of candidates and are still in use today.
In this role I managed a team of ten recruiters who provided 2 qualified candidates for every job vacancy within 72 hours for leading Canadian retailers.
In this role I was responsible for establishing the marketing systems roadmap for this organization. This included all online and traditional marketing mediums as well.
Given my involvement in a client implementation, I was quickly promoted from this role into the Manager, Recruitment Programs and Service Delivery for said client implementation.
In this role I worked with the Marketing and Business Development teams to conduct a Business Analysis of "client and broker needs" for insurance products. With that knowledge I then worked with those teams internally to develop appropriate insurance products and related marketing materials.
The key project in this role was the creation of a Broker Database/CRM system that allowed our team to have a central list of our brokers, and their related skills and sales data. Previously this data did not exist in one location.
In this role I was responsible for managing the team that handled all of the HireDesk Recruiting Software Implementations for clients. Part of this role also includes assisting with technical account management, pre-sales and internal company training.
On average my team is responsible for implementing $300k of contract revenue (which is approximately 40 clients) per quarter.
Jeff was a lifesaver during the implementation of Marketing Cloud at our company. Not only did he bring passion and dedication to the project overall, he quickly became a trusted advisor. Jeff could gather requirements, make business recommendations, and build the solution. From start to finish, Jeff could lead the project focusing on both quality and quantity.
